The EZ Curl Bar or "curl bar" from FIT' & RACK is different from the classic Olympic bars called "straight", since its design allows a bending of the wrist for a better muscular reinforcement of the forearms: biceps or triceps depending on the exercise chosen: Press, Reverse Curl, etc... This bar will provide you with a good grip, thanks to its knurling located on the bar at the level of the locations of both hands.
